We have divided the culinary delights of France into six main  regions. In each one  you will find a selection of typical traditional specialties as well as creations of our chef with local  products.
You can, for example, choose a menu from Alsace or start a culinary “Tour de France” with some impressions from each region. 

Our menu varies seasonally, please understand that not every dish is offered all year round due to availability of some products.

Our kitchen philosophy

L’Auberge “Gutshof” is a French specialty restaurant oriented since the year 2000 into french cuisine using quality meat, fish and poultry and not to forget healthy fresh vegetable dishes. We select our suppliers making sure that  they offer local products of premium quality.

We do not use any artificial flavours and always try to offer  home made products.
Every meal is freshly prepared. We have vegetarian, vegan,
gluten- and lactose-free alternatives. Please inform us in case of
food intolerances when making your reservation.

Fitting wine and recommendation of beverages

We offer four your meal a selection of French wine, Champagne or other drinks.

Our special recommendation is a selection of fine Calvados, Cognac, Armagnac, French Herbal-Liqueur, Whisky.

Also in our list of beverages: French lemonade, non-alcoholic Apple-Crémant and fruit juice from our region.
